At Due North, we have built a culture which values three core traits: Character, Talent, and Passion. We believe that how business gets done is just as important as what business gets done.
Character
It's a matter of putting integrity first and foremost. We simply don't tolerate lying, to our clients or to each other. That's our pledge.
Talent
We're in the talent business. Talent is our asset. Clients hire us to deliver big ideas that drive business. If we're not consistently delivering big ideas, then clients should fire us and hire a firm that does.
Passion
You either have it or you don't. You either love what you do and put it all on the line, or you're just dead weight. Passion is contagious. When the whole organization has it, great things happen.
Character, Talent, Passion: It's like a 3-legged stool. Take away one leg and the whole thing falls. For 25 years, we've been doing our level best to hire only people who possess Character, Talent, and a Passion for this business.
